Pipeline Patrol
Visual inspection of the pipeline Right Of Way by foot or land vehicle, observing surface conditions, markers and signs as well as activity along or on the Right Of Way. All observations are reported to our client on a daily basis.
Right Of Way Maintenance & Marking
UES offers maintenance the strip of land, commonly referred to as an “easement” or “right-of-way”. This allows for ease when visually inspecting the pipeline, it also ensures easy access should emergency vehicles need to be on site. UES then monitors and creates a weekly or monthly schedule to continue to maintain the grounds.
Location & Leak Surveys
UES offers combustible gas leak surveys using the latest flame ionization equipment. UES certified technicians walk and survey the actual pipeline location- thus identifying and reporting all potential leaks.
Pipeline Marker Maintenance &
Replacement
Pipeline marker labels should be properly maintained to ensure legibility and readability for the purpose of safety. UES will identify missing pipeline markers; deteriorated or damaged pipeline markers; dirty pipeline markers or pipeline markers covered by oil, grease, or debris. Once identified, our team will replace all worn out stickers, repaint faded markers or replace the marker upon clients request.
Encroachment Surveys
UES provides pipeline right of way surveys that provide reporting of encroachments that are within the safety zones of the pipelines. The reporting includes: Pictures, GPS Location & Daily written reports
Lawn Maintenance
UES provides lawn maintenance services for companies whose needs are safety sensitive. Our employees are orientated and up-to-date on all required safety for work in and around utility and pipeline companies. UES is equipped with tools to effectively care for your lawns on a weekly or monthly basis. We also provide spring clean up, garbage and small debris removal, lawn cutting and pathway edging and cleanup.
